- Teru and Akane had successfully stopped the train, disrupting the journey of many supernaturals ;

- Teru reassured Akane that they are on the right train since the exorcism device he gave her is a pair with the one he has, so they are attracted to each other;
- They continued fighting the supernaturals while inching closer to Aoi;
- Meanwhile, Hanako asked Aoi to hide in their compartment as he went to check why the train stopped;
- Aoi accidentally got discovered by a supernatural which caused her to gain a lot of attention from many others;
- They all started fighting over who gets to eat her;
- Hanako stumbled upon Teru and Akane, who told him they were there to save Aoi;
- Hanako told them that it’s too late because she is already devoured by a beast;
- Teru saw through his bluff because his exorcism device is still reacting, which means that she is still safe;
- Hanako and Teru engaged in a fight while Akane headed towards Aoi’s compartment to save her;
- Just as Aoi was about to be eaten by the supernaturals, Akane jumped in to save her;
- The two finally reunited and shared an emotional moment as Akane’s eyes welled up with tears;
- Back at Hanako and Teru’s fight, Hanako was about to get defeated;
- Teru told Hanako that even if he killed Aoi to increase Nene’s lifespan, he will kill Nene to undo all of his efforts;
- Hanako was shocked to hear this;
- As Teru raised his sword to end Hanako’s life, Kou stopped him and signaled Nene to enter;
- While Kou was holding his brother back, Nene took Hanako’s hand and pulled him away;
- The two then ran away even though there is nowhere they can run to;
